Best way to learn english talking & writing

Many of the students in the school don't know any word out of the books of english adn french so in someday they might been asken by an tourist adn this tourist don't know arabic and all they remember is " i love party and in partyes i must ware something nice " or some other lines like this they red in the school books so here's some real ways to learn the language right
1- when you see a movie don't just read the translations line in the button of the screen , if you paid some attention to the spoken language and matched it with the translation you will start to learn new words and also learn how to spill it right
2- you like to listen to forgin songs that's cool but litening alone will learn you nothing so look for the song lyric in the internet copy it to yor computer or print it then look for the words that you didn't understand and look for there translation song by song you will learn more new words
3- the grammars , you will learn it at the school so don't worry about it
